Great news Guardsmen,
Today we’ll be looking at correct camouflage techniques, or rather… not looking at them!
Trooper Kreed* here will be demonstrating.
As you can see, he’s done a great job!
Why, if we weren’t looking so closely, we would almost have thought that that was a harmless bush, rather than a trained and deadly killer of the Astra Militarum.
Note the use of large leaves to break up his outline – these will also protect from small arms fire.**
Some things to watch out for though:
Those botanically trained amongst you will notice that Trooper Kreed here has used venomous blood-vine leaves as part of his camouflage. This is not advisable, as they can cause irritation and minor liquidation of the skin.
Bearing all this in mind. Why don’t you give it a go, trooper? (That wasn’t a question – this is a mandatory embetterment learning session activity.)
Where did you go, trooper?
Ha! Only joking.
We know you’re there. We always know.
Thought for the Day:
“Bayonets don’t need ammo.”
